Shared belief · lived values

Shared belief. Lived through Love, Honor, and Grace.

Sacred Share exists to walk with widows—and those who love them—through tangible care, meaningful connection, and community-centered support. We envision widows who are known, remembered, and included, surrounded by communities equipped to recognize and respond to their needs.

01

Love

We meet people with patience, compassion, and genuine care.

02

Honor

We respect each widow’s story, agency, privacy, and choices.

03

Grace

We lead with humility and flexibility, extending grace to widows, our communities, one another, and ourselves.

We listen before assuming. We place relationship before resources. We walk alongside rather than rescue, helping strengthen the people and communities already surrounding each widow.

Leadership alignment

Steward what is established. Help grow what is possible.

Sacred Share proclaims the Nicene Creed as our statement of faith. The Executive Director will be entrusted with stewarding our mission, culture, relationships, and future direction and should be comfortable working in a faith-centered nonprofit environment while leading in a manner consistent with Sacred Share’s mission, values, and culture.

We are seeking a leader who will come alongside what has already been faithfully built—learning our people, programs, and culture—while bringing their own wisdom, gifts, and leadership to strengthen the organization and expand its sustainable impact.
